Questions Before Booking
Residential Cleaning covers the agreed rooms and priorities in your personalized service scope. This may include dusting accessible surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, emptying household garbage, and light tidying. Because every home is different, your exact scope will be confirmed before booking so you know what to expect.
For Residential Cleaning, I bring my standard cleaning products. You provide a working vacuum, mop, and bucket to help prevent cross-contamination between homes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If your home has delicate surfaces, allergies, or preferred cleaning products, please let me know before your visit. Any specific or specialty products you would like me to use must be provided by you.
For Home Reset, we use your household supplies and equipment to tidy and refresh your space.
Yes. Tidy Home Services is owner-operated, so your service is completed by me—not a rotating team. You receive consistent care from someone who becomes familiar with your home, preferences and priorities. If I’m ever unable to attend, I’ll contact you directly to reschedule rather than send someone unfamiliar.
HELPFUL DETAILS
A few helpful details before you request a service.
Not unless you prefer to be. We can arrange a secure way for me to enter, and you can share any instructions or priorities in advance. Please make sure I can access the agreed cleaning areas and that pets are safely managed during the visit.
I don’t offer traditional deep-cleaning services or heavy buildup removal. New clients begin with an Initial Standard Clean, which may require more time than an ongoing maintenance visit. If the condition of the home falls outside my service scope, I’ll be honest about that before confirming the booking.
All Tidy Home Services are offered at a flat rate, so you know exactly what to expect before your appointment—no surprises, no watching the clock.
For Residential Cleaning, your quote is tailored to your home's size, condition, and cleaning needs. You can relax knowing the focus is on completing the agreed cleaning tasks with care, rather than rushing to meet an hourly limit.
For Home Reset, you receive a fixed-price, two-hour service focused on the areas that matter most to you.
